Planning packages start at $999, $1,999, and $3,999. Venue, catering, beverages, décor purchases, entertainment, and other vendor costs are separate. Dates and planning support are subject to availability; your event scope is confirmed before booking.

The Grand Holiday Celebration

For a more elaborate celebration with detailed design and guest experience planning.

- Event schedule and up to eight hours on site with one lead planner
These are planning fees for one event at one location, not all-inclusive event prices. Venue rental, catering, beverages, flowers, décor purchases, rentals, photography, stationery, entertainment, transportation, permits, and other third-party expenses are separate. Setup, event coverage, and wrap-up must fit within the included hours. Extra hours, additional staff, heavy installations, and additional events are quoted separately. Final pricing depends on date, guest count, location, complexity, and agreed scope.

How much does holiday party planning cost?
Our three planning levels start at $999, $1,999, $3,999. We confirm availability, your event needs, and the final quote before booking.
Are venue and vendor costs included?
These are planning fees for one event at one location, not all-inclusive event prices. Venue rental, catering, beverages, flowers, décor purchases, rentals, photography, stationery, entertainment, transportation, permits, and other third-party expenses are separate. Setup, event coverage, and wrap-up must fit within the included hours. Extra hours, additional staff, heavy installations, and additional events are quoted separately. How much on-site support is included?
The first tier includes up to three hours, the signature tier up to five hours, and the highest tier up to eight hours, each with one lead planner. Extra staffing or coverage is quoted separately.
Can you plan a private holiday dinner or company party?
Yes. Share the occasion, venue ideas, guest count, total event budget, and any workplace or family traditions. We confirm the event scope and availability before booking. Catering, alcohol service, entertainment, décor purchases, and specialist installations are provided and priced separately by the appropriate vendors.
