Starting prices are planning fees, not total event budgets. Venue, catering, beverages, florals, décor, rentals, photography, invitations, favors, entertainment, permits, and other third-party expenses are additional. Extra hours, staff, installations, and additional events are quoted separately. Final scope and availability are confirmed before booking.

FOR THE HOST
The Thoughtful Start begins at $549, The Beautiful Gathering at $1,499, and The Signature Shower at $2,499. These are planning fees. Your date, guest count, location, and scope determine the final quote.
Venue rental, food and beverages, flowers, décor purchases, rentals, stationery, photography, entertainment, favors, permits, and other vendor expenses are separate. Planning fees cover only the services listed in your agreement.
Yes. Tell us whether you envision a bridal brunch, garden party, afternoon tea, restaurant gathering, or couples shower. We will discuss a format that suits your guests and budget.
Yes. We can work with a maid of honor, friends, relatives, or the couple. We will establish one main planning contact and confirm responsibilities before work begins.
The Thoughtful Start is planning only. The Beautiful Gathering includes up to three hours and The Signature Shower includes up to five hours on site with one lead planner. Setup, event coverage, and wrap-up must fit within those hours. Extra hours, staffing, heavy installation, and rental collection are quoted separately.
